The Special Container for your wedding gown is cushioned with a special acid-free tissue to help maintain the designers' delicate design. Your gown is carefully folded, and placed in a "Museum-Quality", acid-free storage box. This box is then placed inside a sturdy acid-free box for storage or shipping by our staff.


The type of packaging and the container is what preserves your gown, once it has been properly cleaned. Experts in garment and textile analysis recommend against plastic and vacuum sealing. Plastic bag are not acid-free and being chemically unstable give off fumes as they decompose with age. This hastens textile deterioration. Excessive humidity is the greatest danger in storage, and since plastic bags and shrink wrap are conducive to mold and mildew formation they should be avoided.
